Beware cut-rate "form-filler" appraisal services; if an appraiser is willing to dramatically cut reasonable and customary fees, they are likely not receiving enough work to stay busy, and for a reason! Do not accept a cut-rate appraisal which might not be worth the paper it's printed on. That is not to say we can never offer discounts based on volume, or homogenous neighborhoods of small to medium sized similar homes, however you can rest assured that Johnson Property Solutions will adhere to the strictest appraisal principles and follow the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Pratice (USPAP) regardless of the end fee.
